Mr. Huhndorff is a Vice President in the Dallas investment banking office of Raymond James & Associates. His deal experience includes merger and acquisition advisory assignments, public offerings, and private placements. Mr. Huhndorff has represented Raymond James in over 35 equity transactions raising over $5.0 billion. Previously, Mr. Huhndorff was a Process Specialist with BetzDearborn, where he developed and sold chemical treatment programs in the petroleum refining industry. Prior to BetzDearborn, Mr. Huhndorff served four years in the Space Systems Division of the U.S. Air Force, where he was the Chief Engineer for the Titan IV launch vehicle. Mr. Huhndorff received the Air Force Commendation Medal for his service and was honorably discharged as a Captain. He holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan, and he earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard Business School.
