AdExTech
AdExTech (advanced exploration technology) has been created to exploit its proprietary technology for oil and gas exploration. This technology is based upon our version of micromagnetic analysis that has been developed and refined in the past 12 years by our founders. This technology has a demonstrated success rate well in excess of industry norms and has been effectively utilized by several leading independent oil and gas companies via consulting engagements with our founders. When used in conjunction with traditional exploration tools such as 3-D seismic, micromagnetics should enable AdExTech to have a significant competitive advantage and to achieve better finding costs and superior investment returns for our company and our industry partners. Our micromagnetics technology is a trade secret and is a refinement of a technology that was originally developed by the Office of Naval Research for the detection of submarines. Subsequently the methodology has evolved and improved dramatically due to the application of other technology such as global positioning satelites, improved instrumentation and better, proprietary computer processing algorithms. AdExTech has identified over 220 oil and gas prospects in Texas and Alabama ranging from approximately 10 to 500+ Billion Cubic Feet and is seeking funding to enable the company to further develop these prospects and to promote the sale of these prospects to industry participants. In addition to prospect development, the company intends to pursue consulting engagements and licensing arrangements. The founders have successfully completed over 55 projects on 5 continents for 39 oil and gas companies utilizing this technology.

CenFuel FPU, Ltd.
www.CenFuelFPU.com
CENfuel FPU Ltd. possesses the North American Marketing and Management rights of a well-tested and patented process for producing an ultra-clean coal derived fuel. The CENfuel™ process has undergone significant testing and refinement over the past 20 years including the construction of a one-tenth scale production facility making the economics and performance of the CENfuel™ product highly predictable. The company is now working with power-plant developers and activated carbon producers to commercialize its product in North America. The company has formed an advisory board consisting of executives from the gas-turbine power plant, coal and aluminum industries. The company is currently wholly owned by CENfuel Pty Ltd, an Australian-based company. Differentiating factors - Economic: The capital cost of the CENfuel™ process for cleaning coal is one-half to one-third of the cost of post-combustion, pollution-control technologies. CENfuel FPU estimates its product can be sold for $2 to $3 per MMbtu, depending on the coal feedstock used, making it cost competitive with natural gas as a power-plant fuel. Efficiency: The CENfuel™ product is so clean that it may be a suitable fuel for more efficient combustion-turbine and combine-cycle power plant operation. This increased efficiency will lead to lower carbon dioxide emission when compared to other coal-combustion techniques. Stable price: Unlike natural gas, it is expected that the CENfuel™ product will be stable in price because it is produced from coal or coal waste, which historically has exhibited limited volatility in its prices. Saleable byproducts: The CENfuel™ process converts the impurities found in coal into marketable products such as high-grade alumina and silica. Predictable performance: The CENfuel™ process has undergone over 20 years of development and refinement, including the construction of a one-tenth scale facility with Hitachi Zosen. The process is low in temperature and pressure allowing for the use of inexpensive plant materials and greatly reducing the technical risks of scale-up operations. The CENfuel™ product has been successfully used by General Motors, Allison Divison, in operating an experimental car based on gas-turbine technology. Brown Boveri (now ABB) affirm the possible use of this fuel in its combustion turbine. The process has been tested and proved to work on all lengths of coal from lignite to anthracite. Pre-combustion cleaning: The CENfuel™ process removes the impurities in raw coal such as ash, mercury and sulfur prior to combustion. The resulting CENfuel™ product is in compliance with current and anticipated future environmental regulations, greatly reducing the need for emission-control technology found in today’s coal plants.

Opto Generic Devices, Inc.
www.ogd3.com
Please visit our Web Site at ogd3.com. Opto Generic Devices Inc. (OGD or Opto) is a privately owned company located in New York State that manufactures and markets a line of superior Rotary Optical Encoders. Like many we offer shaft and modular encoders, but only OGD also offers a patented, easy to use "Coupler" encoder. Our coupler encoders have been designed to replace both shaft and modular encoders and are typical of the "innovative generic encoders" available from Opto! As it blends in the photo above with "international money" our compact coupler encoders can easily blend with and improve your products, systems and machines at lower cost, enhancing their global fit and your bottom-line. For most "high precision" means a high price shaft encoder with complex installation, fragile handling and large size. "Low price" generally is a modular or kit encoder but with lower line resolution, less accuracy and often require you to retool your product to attach. But OGD's "Generic Coupler Encoders" combine the best features of both and more. Our coupler encoder's pricing is more in line with low cost "kit encoders", but its function and features are not. Our coupler encoders equal or exceed most shaft encoders in precision and accuracy. Small and light weight it has line counts to 1500 lines, pulse outputs to 1000s, multi-channels two @90E (also three @ 60E as an option). Though compact and packed functionally perhaps most distinct is how easy it is to install and use our coupler encoders making them even more cost effective, generic and applicable internationally. Modular or kit encoders are designed to be "built onto or around" a product's shaft and end plate, while shaft encoders must be "connected or attached" by both shafts and faceplates. OGD's encoders are so simple to install it can be done in 2 steps instead of the normal 6 to 8 for other encoders. More on our "generic encoders" can be found in Digital Rotary Encoder Specifications & How to Attach OGD's Coupler Encoders. Our same line of "Generic Encoders" are also the core of a totally new concept of motion control. Opto has invented and patented Optical & Graphical ProgrammingTM! These novel techniques, Optical or Opto Programming (OP TM), makes encoders much more than "feedback only devices". An OPTM encoder (OPE or ope) still provides shaft feedback but also: motor commutation and control, product and application motion, real time instructions, improved system/machine efficiency... and more! OGD's new method of Opto Programming TM can actually do data computation, analyze complex math algorithms, solve equations and functions but without using today's traditional computing techniques. An encoder programmed using OPTM can function much like an intelligent sensor with an embedded digital micro (uP) or digital signal processor (dsp). But an OPE does not need or use any micros, cpus, dsps, software, look-up tables, digital clocks etc to execute its motion control programs! For more on Opto Programming TM see Optical & Graphical ProgrammingTM! You can also read more about OP by reviewing United States patents 5,665,965 & 6,087,654. OGD is very interested in finding investors, partners, licensees; corporate, private or public who may have interest in its patented products and technology.

Pegasus Engineering Services, Inc.
www.pegasus-inc.com
Pegasus Engineering is bringing to market a low emissions retrofit combustion system for older industrial gas turbines used for power generation and other industrial applications. This combustor, developed under EPA and Department of Energy contracts, is dual fuel capable and is designed to be a drop in replacement for the many, older industrial gas turbines in operation today. The Pegasus combustor simultaneously reduces emissions and maintains improved operational stability over existing fuel-lean burner systems and reduces NOx, CO and unburned hydrocarbon emission to levels comparable to the latest generation OEM designs at significantly lower cost and with less disruption to the basic engine design and operational characteristics. Other benefits include: The drop-in retrofit nature of our burner cans eliminates the expensive control changes and engine modifications typical of current OEM high-residence time, fuel-lean burner systems. Premixing is not required as in fuel-lean dry low NOx designs eliminating the stability and durability problems related to flashback and auto-ignition. Our combustor operates on both gas and liquid fuels and in addition to the obvious convenience this dual fuel capability allows the introduction of water injection to further reduce NOx emissions.

PointCross, Inc.
www.pointcross.com
PointCross develops and markets a comprehensive software platform and solution for managing and controlling large, complex, multi-company capital projects in the energy industry. PointCross’ solution is presently at release 2.4.1, being used in production mode. PointCross has closed major customers including Marathon Oil, Halliburton, and a Joint Venture of TotalFinaElf, BP, and Marathon, and in the midst of serious discussions with BP, and Shell, to name a few. The owner of capital projects parses out its program objectives into multiple projects to its main contractors, and to lower tier subcontractors and vendors. Today, there is no way to connect, nor chain, the tasks at each of these companies to the overall program objectives, and synchronize the activities and changes occurring in this network of companies, in real-time. This causes project delays and cost over-runs, besides affecting project quality, impacting health, safety and environmental concerns. The PointCross solution creates an electronic infrastructure that allows program objectives to flow down consistently, decision-making to be distributed, and so that all organizations can react in real-time, with all participants singularly focused on the owner’s overall program objectives. On a $1 Billion project, PointCross can save about $50 Million in costs, and accelerate revenues by about 114 days, where each day of delay costs the owner about $10 Million per day!

Trymer Company Inc.
The Trymer Company develops energy related products, namely a small, solid-state electric, heat-to-electric converter. These converters range in capacity from 1 to 10 kW. Individual units can be rack mounted to form a 250 kW module, four modules comprising a mega-Watt unit, a capacity for 1,000 homes. A brisk market exists for 1 to 10-kW converters. The killer application however, is believed to be in residential systems. A 5 kW converter, burning methane or propane (any fuel works), supplying waste heat from the converter to a 5-ton absorption chiller, will produce all the electricity a home might need, and provide climate control, virtually free for all seasons. The new system operates for a fraction of the cost the consumer now pays for electric plus gas. The new product is all solid state, noiseless, and has no moving parts to wear, except pumps and fans. Trymer Company seeks funding to complete product packaging and engineering, to move this product into the market. The U.S. market alone is estimated to be greater than 200 million units. The challenge will be to engineer a package that satisfies both northern and southern U.S. climate needs, which will result in a product that can be used globally. Product can be sold directly, or through established fuel companies (gas), that already support our future customers.
